AGING IMPACT AWARD
Purpose
The purpose of these awards is to recognize outstanding contributions of public policy makers at the (1) city-county level, (2) regional or state level, and
(3) national level who have made an observable and measurable impact on the quality of life of older adults by providing leadership in one or more of the following categories:
- Advocacy
- Public Policy Change
- Securing New or Additional Funding
- Program Development
- Cultural Enhancement
Selection of Recipients
1) There will be one (1) award given at each level of involvement of the public
policy official for a total of three (3) awards given annually.
- Local (City-County)
- Region or State
- National
