Budget

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Develop and revise with the assistance of the President an operating budget for the next fiscal year at the Spring Board meeting.
• At the Summer Board meeting, present annual budget for Board adoption.
• At the Winter Board meeting, review and revise the current year's operating budget and throughout the year as needed.
• Review all financial funding requests for approval and disbursement.
• Perform all other duties that the SE4A President and/or Board assign to the committee.
