Ongoing Responsibilities:

  • Review Procedures Manual and update, present update/changes to Board for review and discussion at the winter and Spring Board meetings.
  • Finalize Procedures Manual changes/updates and submit for action in accordance with steps identified in Procedures Manual.
  • Distribute updated copies of the approved Procedures Manual to SE4A membership according to the SE4A Timeline of Operation.
  • Review by-laws at least annually or at the request of the Board.
  • Recommend changes to the by-laws.
  • If appropriate, draft by-laws amendments.
  • Review resolutions format and standardize.
  • Collect resolutions, review and consolidate where appropriate, and make copies for Business meeting.
  • Review and revise the SE4A timeline of operation at the 1st Board meeting to coincide with the annual conference.
  • Perform all other duties that the SE4A President and/or Board assign to the committee.
