Jane Kennedy Excellence in Aging

Purpose

The purpose of this award is to recognize outstanding contributions of individual(s) or organization(s) that promote the safety, welfare, and well-being of older persons in the Southeast region.

Selection of Recipient

  1. Only one award will be presented.
  2. The following criteria will be used to rank nominees:


  3. 50 percent - Contributions to Southeastern Aging Network and national level involvement in the Aging Network
    25 percent - Evidence of leadership ability
    25 percent - Evidence of personal progress
