Legislative / Advocacy

Ongoing Responsibilities:

• Review and respond to advocacy issues. Help guide development of national policy in relation to network and older persons.
• Develop an SE4A Legislative Agenda annually.
• Quarterly identify Advocacy Issue to place on the SE4A Web site.
• Update the SE4A Legislative Packet/Toolkit Template on the Web site annually.
• Support N4A Grassroots Implementation strategies.
• Recommend workshops on key policy issues to the SE4A Conference Program Committee.
• Perform all other duties that the SE4A President and/or Board assign to the committee.
