Outstanding Volunteer
Purpose
To recognize an individual who has made a significant contribution through volunteering his or her time in the Southeastern Aging Network.
Selection of Recipient
- Only one award recipient will be recognized.
- The following criteria will be used to rank nominations:
40 percent - Volunteer service and the impact or difference the nominee's service has made to the community or organization
25 percent - The number of lives touched by the volunteer's work
25 percent - How the nominee has displayed a positive impact on other volunteers
10 percent - Has been an active volunteer for entire current fiscal year (Oct. 1 through Sept. 30)
