Grassroot Coordinators

The Grassroots Coordinators Project is a partnership between SE4A and the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging. (n4a) n4a, as our national membership organization in Washington, DC, organizes much of the national aging advocacy. However, to be effective, there must be consumers at the local level, hence grassroots, to help push our legislative agenda.

Organizationally, SE4A, also has a Legislative Committee to help address aging issues at the federal level. Therefore, SE4A has identified the Legislative Committee member from each of our eight member states to serve as the Grassroots Coordinator for the respective state.

WE NEED YOU. Our Grassroots Coordinators can't do the work alone. We need everyone to make contact with our legislators about issues that concern you. Each quarter, the Grassroots Coordinator will collect contacts to report to n4a. If you have contacts, please complete the attached form and email to your state's Grassroots Coordinator.
