Legislative & Advocacy Issues

The Legislative Committee of the SE4A Board is responsible for identifying issues of interest to the SE4A membership, developing Legislative agendas, and providing assistance to SE4A membership to advocate for issues of interest.

1. The quarterly Legislative issue will be updated after each Board meeting.
   
   
2. The current year Legislative Agenda will be updated in January of each year and the draft available for comment at the annual Conference.
   
   
3. Refer to the Advocator on this website for specific "aging" bills to which you may wish to respond

We encourage you to bring your toolkit and come to Washington for the N4A Policy Briefing April 22-24, 2013. If you can't come to Washington, there are many ways to use your toolkit when your Legislators are home or with your Legislator's District Offices within the State.
